We would like to extend our heartfelt sympathies to everyone affected by the current coronavirus situation and provide an update about what we're doing here to keep things running as smoothly as possible at this time.

Obviously we're keeping as safe, hygienic and cautious as possible while we're at it, but its business as usual at the moment, with office based team members working from home, and we're still manufacturing and sending orders from out workshop daily.

We're getting a lot of questions about delivery, so we're keeping a close eye on updates from the couriers we use to check on localised delivery restrictions, especially to large European cities. At the moment they are all notifying us that there is a risk of delays but we haven't experienced any major disruption except to a few areas in Italy. If you have an order that's due to be shipped we'll contact you first to let you know if there are any expected delivery constraints in your area.

We mainly send orders with DHL, Fedex and TNT, all large, global companies that have updated their processes to minimise risks of transmission of the virus. The drivers will probably ask if they can sign the digital device for you to accept delivery, thereby minimising contact with devices that would otherwise be handled by lots of people every day. On the whole it's probably a welcome precaution for all involved!

However we cannot at the moment send orders for delivery to UK addresses using couriers who will bring your furniture into your property. Delivery will only be to the front door, so please talk to us if you have questions about this.

We are a very small team and we're working hard to keep on top of everything so if you have any questions please call us on +44 (0)1225 285111 as it's taking us a bit of time to respond to all the emails!
