The Technic record player stand is a solid wood vinyl storage cabinet featuring a topline section for equipment or 7" singles, with plenty of space for your record collection below. The larger sizes can accommodate a couple of turntables and a mixer on top, and it's the optimum height to use as a turntable stand. Its linear proportions and low, square frame legs offer a streamlined storage solution with a functional aesthetic.
This record player stand can be made from a selection of beautiful solid hardwoods and is available in several sizes, colours and leg options, so just select from the drop downs to create the solution that works for you, and add any extras to your cart using the links below.
This design is made to order and will be ready to ship in about 7-8 weeks.
The images show a European oak version on 25cm legs (fourth and fifth images), a walnut version with 15cm legs (third image), and an iroko version also on 15cm legs (first two and last image), all in the Large 140cm size.
To help keep your vinyl neat and tidy you can add matching stop strips to your cabinet to keep your vinyl records from being pushed out the back:
The legs are supplied as standard in dark graphite grey but they can be finished in a range of polished metal finishes, including brass, copper and bronze.
We can make all our designs in a bespoke size to fit your space and equipment, with doors, a back, custom partitions or different size openings. So if you don't see a size that works for you and your equipment just get in touch or find out more about ordering a custom design here.
This design is handmade in the UK in small batches using a selection of high quality FSC certified solid hardwoods. It is built to last, constructed using traditional joinery techniques. The wood is sanded smooth to enhance the clean lines, and is protected with a clear, durable low sheen lacquer that allows the natural wood grain to take centre stage.
European oak, ash, iroko and walnut are the most popular woods we make this from, but we can use other timbers as well if you're looking for something specific.

We send this cabinet as two separate wooden sections with the legs detached. We've made it as easy as possible to put together, so the legs are fitted using 12 bolts and a hex key and the two wooden sections are quickly connected with 4 more bolts, so it only takes a few minutes to get set up and ready to start organise your record collection!
We also make this design on mid century hairpin legs. Take a look here

Most furniture takes around 6-7 weeks to be ready to send. We will contact you when it's ready so that we can arrange a convenient delivery day. Some smaller items may be in stock in which case they will be dispatched in 3-10 days depending on customisation.
Small items will be delivered by a national parcel delivery company, such as DPD, UPS or Parcelforce.
Larger items will be delivered on a pallet to the closest level surface to a ground floor entrance. The driver cannot bring the furniture into your home, so make sure you have some help to carry it in. We aways contact you before shipping large items to make sure you can be home to take delivery.
For an extra charge we can send items using a courier service who can deliver into a ground floor room of choice. This service is a lot slower, so your delivery may take an extra 10-14 days to arrive, and you may still need to assist the courier as it may be delivered by a single driver. Very large, heavy items will be delivered by a 2-person courier team if this service is available to your postcode (eg South West and London). Courier delivery unfortunately isn't available to Northern Ireland, some remote postcodes in Wales, Scotland and England or any offshore addresses. Please call or send us a message here if you want to discuss delivery options to your postcode.
If you require assembly, delivery to an upstairs room and removal of packaging we can also arrange a white glove service that will do all the heavy lifting for you. This service is only available in some areas so please contact us for a quote if you have any questions.
Please remember to provide a contact telephone number at checkout. All couriers require this and without it, we can't send your furniture!
All our furniture is made to order in around 6-8 weeks. Some smaller items may be in stock in which case they will be dispatched in 3-10 days depending on customisation. Please see main description for lead times.
All our products can be shipped to the UK, Europe, USA and Canada and other countries. The shipping cost depends on the size and quantity you order, and your location. To see the shipping cost just add your chosen options to your basket and select your country. You can remove it from your basket at any time.
If shipping isn't showing as available to your location don't worry, we can still send it, but we'll need to get a quote because the cost varies depending on the size! Just message us with the size you're looking for and we'll get back to you with a price.
Items will be sent with an international delivery company (usually UPS, Fedex or DHL). Unfortunately we can't arrange delivery on a specific day but we will send tracking details as soon as it has been dispatched. You will then be able to contact the delivery company to schedule/reschedule delivery. Delivery takes 3-4 days from the day of dispatch depending on your location.
Delivery is to the street door, so ensure you have someone available to help if you are ordering a large, heavy item.
